Pixapix AD & CC Player

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pixapix AD & CC Player ("the App"), users agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Purpose of the Application

The App is designed for:

  • playback of audiovisual content,
  • support of Audio Description (AD),
  • Closed Caption (CC),
  • subtitle synchronization,
  • and accessibility-related media workflows.

3. Public Accessibility

The application is intended for lawful public accessibility and distribution through authorized channels including:

  • Google Play Store,
  • public APK distribution,
  • and developer-authorized online platforms.

At present, the Google Play Store release of the application is under Closed Testing / Review mode as per Google Play Console policies. Public production release notification shall be provided once the application becomes officially live on the Google Play Store.

Until such publication, authorized public access and download of the application may be made available through the official website and developer-authorized distribution channels.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

  • not to misuse the App,
  • not to distribute unlawful or infringing content,
  • not to reverse engineer or tamper with the software,
  • and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, software elements, and application design remain the property of Pixel And Pixel Production unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of their own media content.

6. Content Liability Disclaimer

Pixel And Pixel Production acts solely as:

  • software developer,
  • technical platform provider,
  • and accessibility support service provider.

The developer is not responsible for:

  • CBFC certification decisions,
  • censorship applications,
  • legal compliance of uploaded media,
  • copyright ownership,
  • exhibition permissions,
  • or content legality.

All such responsibilities remain solely with the respective:

  • producer,
  • content owner,
  • distributor,
  • exhibitor,
  • or authorized applicant.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation.

Pixel And Pixel Production shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,
  • data loss,
  • exhibition losses,
  • certification disputes,
  • or third-party claims arising from content usage.

8. Termination

The developer reserves the right to suspend or discontinue application distribution or services without prior notice where necessary.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
